Fort Leavenworth, Kansas
Clock by Verdin and Co., 1940


Grant Hall is headquarters at Fort Leavenworth. It is the current home of the 2nd Cavalry and the historic home of the famed Buffalo Soldiers. The clock resides atop a tall and stately tower that is visible for many miles from all directions.

City Hall, Ogdensburg, NY

This is a large four dial installation of an E. Howard movement with hour strike. The dials were repainted, the hands repaired and re-balanced and the movement completely restored.

King Fahd University, Dammam, Saudi Arabia

All new electric GPS controlled movements with digital generated chimes were installed in this water tower at about 125 feet. This project took place in July of 2004 shortly after a number of American contractors were killed in Saudi Arabia. I was reluctant to go at first, but was glad that I did. My hosts were very kind to me and I made some good friends there.

The Sibley Building, Rochester, NY

Located on Main Street, Rochester, NY, the Sibley building once was the home of Sibley's, a grand department store in the tradition of Macey's. The 1905 SEth Thomas clock is a loft 12 floors above street level.

Methodist Church, Geneva, NY

The church is a beautiful stone structure crowned with a 1914 Seth Thomas four dial clock. The church is high on a hill and the clock is visible throughout the community.
